Hey Vyenna! Sorry if I haven't commented much lately, I'm just lurking a little bit, because I'm really busy these days.
But the idea of making a comic has crossed my mind a lot in the past, and I've ran into the same issues as you: It takes up so much time.

However, I'd certainly be interested in a joined effort, bubbling up some ideas, discussing things and of course creating the comic.
Now I say all this, but I cannot guarantee that I will have a lot of time for it in the near future. But starting next week, things will be less convoluted - I will have more time on my hands and I'll be able to create a managed overview for myself.

So, if that's okay with you, I'd like to give it a try. If not, I can understand that too
